Theatre Marina’s mission is to nurture emerging artists, spark creative exchange, and raise the bar for theatrical standards in Chennai. TEN-ALLY-DRAMA provides a nurturing yet critical environment where performers, directors, and playwrights can share bold, thought-provoking works. Now in its third year, the festival cements its reputation as a catalyst for theatrical innovation and artistic growth.
Competition Structure
- Preliminary Rounds (5, 6 & 12 July):
- 28 plays divided into three performance days.
- Each day features 9–10 plays, performing two slots (3:30 PM & 7:00 PM).
- A distinguished panel of judges evaluates acting, direction, script, technical design, and overall impact.
- Finals & Awards (13 July):
- Top 10 plays advance to the Grand Finals at 4:00 PM.
- Winners across categories—Best Play, Best Director, Best Actor/Actress, Best Script, and Technical Excellence—are announced at the Awards Ceremony at 7:00 PM.
