A Tale of Secrets, Crime, and Desperation

At the heart of Blackmail is Mani (G. V. Prakash Kumar), an ordinary worker at a pharmaceutical distribution company — but the business hides a dangerous secret. Behind the scenes, the firm doubles as a front for a cocaine trafficking operation.
Mani’s life takes a turn when he learns that his girlfriend Rekha (Teju Ashwini), a pharmacy employee, is pregnant. While Rekha plans to terminate the pregnancy, Mani convinces her to keep the baby, promising to work harder and build a better future for them.

Meanwhile, the story branches into the lives of others caught in a web of deceit. Ashok (Srikanth), a devoted father, faces unimaginable pain when his daughter Anu is kidnapped by a mysterious gang. At the same time, Archana (Bindu Madhavi) finds herself blackmailed by an ex-lover who threatens to destroy her peace unless she pays him off.
